New build development of 36 apartments set over 4 floors, plus a mezzanine where there are 6 duplex apartments. Drawing upon the wonderful 19th century heritage of Dorchester and Weymouth’s industrial buildings. Constructs undertook the full carpentry package including roof trusses and 1st and 2nd fix internals.
