Constructs is pleased to be working alongside Red Construction on the development of new student accommodation at Moon Street, Bristol, on the former site of the Blue Mountain Nightclub and Sebright Printers.
The five-storey development will provide 184 student bedrooms, helping to meet demand for high-quality student accommodation within the city.
As part of the project, Constructs is delivering the second-fix carpentry package, alongside QMARK-certified fire door installation. Our specialist team is bringing its expertise in commercial carpentry and fire door installation to ensure the works are delivered to the required standards.
We are delighted to be contributing to the redevelopment of this prominent Bristol site and to another successful project alongside Red Construction.
