Constructs South West Ltd is pleased to be working in collaboration with Lawrence Baker, a specialist in care home development, on this new-build care home in Taunton.
The development will provide 68 bedrooms, together with modern residential accommodation, dedicated staff facilities and associated parking. The scheme has been designed to provide a high-quality environment for residents, supported by carefully considered layouts and facilities.
Constructs is delivering a comprehensive package of works, including first-fix and second-fix carpentry, QMARK-certified fire door installation and Hardy Plank V1 cladding.
Our involvement across multiple elements of the build allows us to bring our specialist carpentry, fire door and cladding expertise together on this significant care sector development.
