Constructs is delighted to be working with new customer Adlington Retirement Living on this significant retirement living development on the former site of Exeter Royal Academy for the Deaf.
The development comprises approximately 69 apartments with care, designed to provide high-quality accommodation within a welcoming and supportive environment. Alongside the apartments, residents will benefit from extensive communal facilities, landscaped gardens and dedicated car parking.
Constructs is now completing the finishing touches on the project, bringing our specialist carpentry expertise to the final stages of this impressive development.
