Constructs South West Ltd is pleased to have completed work on this impressive £75 million student accommodation development within Bristol’s Temple Quarter Enterprise Zone.
Working alongside new client HG Construction, Constructs delivered the second-fix internal carpentry package across the four-block development, which provides 706 student bedrooms as part of this major regeneration project.
Our package included a comprehensive range of internal carpentry and finishing works, including certified fire doors, ironmongery, internal glazed screens, architraves, window boards and skirting.
The scale and complexity of the development required careful coordination and consistent quality across the four blocks, with our experienced team delivering the works to the required standards throughout.
We are delighted to have contributed our specialist commercial carpentry expertise to this landmark development and to have established a new working relationship with HG Construction.
