Constructs is pleased to be working in partnership with AJC Group on this new residential development at Glue Hill, Sturminster Newton.
Designed to reflect the character of Sturminster Newton, the development will provide 48 much-needed affordable homes, including 18 bungalows, alongside a range of community-focused features.
Constructs has been awarded the full carpentry package for the new-build scheme. The development will also incorporate private gardens, green spaces and a Local Area of Play, creating a well-designed and welcoming environment for residents.
Sustainability is an important element of the scheme, with features including photovoltaic panels and air source heat pumps incorporated into the development.
We are delighted to be working with AJC Group on this innovative project and look forward to contributing our specialist carpentry expertise to the delivery of these much-needed affordable homes.
