An extremely impressive and stunning “flagship” design of 60 one and two bed apartments, many with balconies overlooking Poole Park stretching towards Poole Harbour and Brownsea Island. It took the Best Retirement Scheme title at the national Housebuilder Awards, organised by Housebuilder Magazine with the National House-Building Council and Home Builders Federation. Constructs undertook the internal 1st and 2nd fix as well as installation of kitchens, and millboard decking.
