Description

The Lawrence Weston Housing project forms part of Bristol City Council’s New Build Housing programme, developed by the Council’s Housing Delivery Team to provide much-needed new homes within the local community.

Across three sites, the wider development will deliver 57 new homes, comprising a mixture of one, two, three and four-bedroom houses, alongside one and two-bedroom flats. The scheme includes properties for both social rent and shared ownership, supporting the delivery of a diverse range of affordable housing.

Constructs South West Ltd worked in collaboration with repeat customer Willmott Dixon, providing a full supply and fit internal carpentry package for the Little Mead phase of the development. Our scope included the supply and installation of staircases, door sets, and both first-fix and second-fix carpentry.

The Little Mead phase has now been successfully handed over, marking the completion of Constructs South West Ltd’s carpentry works and demonstrating our continued ability to deliver high-quality supply and fit packages on residential developments.
